| 摘 要： | 采用用户体验、追踪访谈等实证研究方法，以武汉大学移动图书馆为例，从阅读时间、获取方式、阅读内容、阅读便利4个维度研究发现用户移动阅读认知和体验的行为特点：实验前对图书馆移动阅读服务了解少；实验者随时随地进行碎片化阅读，但受WiFi热点分布影响；对休闲娱乐类资源粘性强，对学术性内容阅读较少。基于此，为综合性高校图书馆移动阅读服务设计优化提出建议。

| Abstract: | By the empirical research methods of the user experience and tracking test, taking the mobile library of Wuhan University as an example, this paper mainly explores behavior characteristics of users' mobile reading cognition and experience from four dimensions of reading time, reading access, reading content and reading convenience. Before the experiment, the users know little about the library mobile reading services; they appeal to fragmentation reading whenever and wherever it is possible, but are affected by wifi hotspots distribution; they strongly demand for recreational resources but less academic contents. According to the survey, it gives suggestions for the service design of mobile reading in comprehensive university libraries under the network environment. |
