| 摘 要： | 介绍网络百科这种新型知识组织形式的发展现状，总结网络百科用户及其贡献行为的基本特点。从贡献行为特征、贡献行为影响因素和用户协作三个方面对网络百科用户贡献行为研究进行综述，总结目前研究的成果，并指出不足之处。最后提出未来研究可能的发展方向，特别指出信息计量学与复杂系统理论将在这一主题的研究中发挥巨大作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the current status of Wiki which is a new form of knowledge organization, and summarizes the basic characteristics of Wikis' users and their contribution behaviors. Then it reviews the research on contribution behavior of wiki users from three perspectives of behavior characteristics, influencing factors and user cooperation. Then it summarizes the current research achievements and shortcomings. Finally, this paper proposes the further possible research hotspots, and particularly points out the theories of informetrics and complex system will play an important role in this subject research. |
