| 摘 要： | 分析2003-2012年公共图书馆残疾人服务研究情况,包括:无障碍物理环境建设、无障碍网络环境建设、无障碍资源建设、无障碍的人文环境建设、国外经验介绍以及现状调研,指出存在的问题:缺乏对国外最新进展的信息跟踪和先进案例的深度报导,缺少对残疾人信息需求的实证调研,缺乏对残疾人数字图书馆的研究和对公共图书馆残疾人服务的政策法规的研究。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a literature review of public library services for the disabled from 2003 to 2012. The research subjects includes: construction of barrier-free physical environment; construction of barrier-free network environment; construction of barrier-free resources; construction of barrier-free human environment; introduction of foreign experience on public library services for the disabled, investigation and analysis of the current situation. Then it puts forward the existing problems: lack of tracking the information of the latest progress in foreign and depth reports of advanced cases, deficiency of the empirical research on information needs of the disabled, gap of research on digital library for the disabled and the policies and regulations of public library services for the disabled. |
