高职院校不同群体图书馆员的胜任力差异分析

摘    要:以人口学变量为自变量,以高职院校图书馆员的胜任力为因变量,对高职院校不同群体图书馆员胜任力的影响因素进行深入分析,发现 46-55岁图书馆员的工作技能极为欠缺,但执行力和问题解决能力极强;25岁以下的图书馆员处理纠纷的能力差;高学历的图书馆员具备更丰富的工作所需的知识和技能;高职称的图书馆员开放性差;中层管理者没有起到相应的作用,在各个能力方面表现不足;高职院校图书馆员整体缺乏继续学习能力。

Abstract:This paper takes demographic variable as independent variable and competency of librarians in vocational colleges as dependent variable, and analyzes the influence factors on competency of different groups of librarians in vocational colleges. It finds that librarians who are 46 to 55 years old lack of professional skills, but have strong ability of executing and solving problems; librarians less than 25 years old lack of the ability of handling disputes; highly-educated librarians have rich experience of knowledge and skills required in the job; librarians who have high technical title lack of openness; middle-managers do not perform very well in different kinds of ability; the whole librarians in vocational colleges lack of the ability of continuing learning.
