| 摘 要： | 基于认知心理学中人类信息加工模型,从信息加工视角分析创业风险信息识别模式,提出创业风险信息识别过程包括信息感知和信息辨识两个阶段。进一步论述创业过程中风险信息传输通道(社会网络)和风险信息识别主体(创业者)特质的作用,揭示其本质就是信息感知和信息辨识的过程,并构建风险信息传输通道(社会网络)、风险信息接受主体(创业者)和风险信息识别行为(创业风险识别)三要素的分析框架。在以信息加工过程为主线的基础上,揭示出创业成功或失败的内在原因,进一步丰富完善创业风险管理理论和拓展信息加工理论的应用范畴。

| Abstract: | Drawing on the human information processing model of cognitive psychology, we analyze the entrepreneurial risk identification modes based on the perspective of information processing, and conclude that the process of entrepreneurial risk identification has two procedures: information perception and information discrimination, then discuss the influence mechanism of the social network and entrepreneur traits on the information perception and information discrimination respectively. This paper built a "social network-entrepreneur trait-entrepreneurial risk" analytical framework to reveal the internal causes for entrepreneurial success or failure, and further enrich and perfect the entrepreneurial risk management theory and the information processing theory. |
