| 摘 要： | 人类发明、创造的文化，是以物质文化和非物质文化两种形式传承至今的。物质文化与非物质文化有着密切联系。物质文化是以物质形态存在的，而非物质文化则是发明、创造物质文化的心理、意识、民俗及技艺。因此，物质文化是非物质文化的基础和载体，物质文化中包含着非物质文化，而非物质文化促生物质文化。保护和传承人类创造的物质文化和非物质文化遗产，离不开物质基础。物质与非物质文化在共同的文化时空内才能保持其原真的文化内涵。对文化遗产的保护需要采取整体性、全面性、综合性、科学性的保护措施。在现代社会文化急速变迁的状态下，应着重采取静态保护与动态保护相结合，政府、学界、社会共同参与相结合的保护措施。

| Abstract: | Culture created by man has been inherited till now in the form of both tangible and intangible, which are inherently connected with each other. Cultural heritage is our nation＇ s precious resources. With the help of the government and the investment of human and material power, combined with the efforts of experts and the masses, we firmly believe that a new situation will appear in the protection of tangible and intangible heritage. |
