摘    要:体育课程分层次教学是将体能和运动技能接近的学生集中在一组进行教学,大学新生体能和运动技能客观上差异,只有采取分层次教学更为合理性和科学性,才能充分地体现因材施教原则.南京工业大学对2011级新生采取强化班、普通班和提高班三个层次教学改革试点,对不同组别学生提出不同教学目标要求的教学改革实践探索,本文着重对“体育弱生”强化班教学改革作回顾,通过前后两次体质测试、体能和部分素质测试及体育认知等进行对比分析,指出了强化班教学试点过程中存在问题和应对策略.

Abstract:Hierarchical teaching of physical education curriculum is the teaching activity that takes students with same physical fitness and motor skill in a group of teaching. Fresh college students have difference on physical fitness and motor skill, the hierarchical teaching on them can fully teach students in accordance with their aptitude principle. In Nanjing University of Technology, intensified class, ordinary class and promotion class are adopted on fresh students of grade 2011. Different teaching reform for goals are required on different classes. The reform on intensified class for physical weak students is reviewed. Through two tests of physical fitness, existing problems and corresponding measurements in intensified class teaching are pointed out.
