| 摘 要： | 从1995年江苏省率先招聘大学生“村官”以来,大学生“村官”在农村发展中的表现已成为关注“热点”.研究大学生“村官”在农村体育文化发展中的优、劣势对促进农村体育文化发展和“全民”健身有重要意义.研究结果表明,大学生“村官”利用自身知识、信息、沟通等优势对解决农村体育文化中存在的观念陈旧、相关知识和技能缺乏、宣传和政策执行力度不足等问题有促进作用；同时大学生“村官”在选聘专业针对性、工作侧重、互相协作等方面存在不足.

| Abstract: | Since taking the lead in the recruitment of college student village in 1995 in Jiangsu province, the performance of college-graduate village official has become a hot topic. Studying on advantages and disadvantages of college-graduate village official in rural sports cultural development has significant meaning in promoting rural sports culture development and national fitness. The result shows that the student village official using their own knowledge, information, communication and other advantages to solve the rural physical culture in the presence of the old concept, related to lack of knowledge and skill, advocacy and policy enforcement problems have positive effect; at the same time the student village official in the process of hiring professional targeted, focus, cooperate with each other, etc. insufficient. |
