| 摘 要： | 技术创新是一个商品化过程,创新产品向创新商品转化过程中自然离不开市场,市场创新是企业发展的有效途径。在分析企业市场创新域选择的基础上,探讨了市场创新的市场风险要素,并对市场创新风险规避提出了几点对策,认为企业应该选择有利的市场创新域,进行适度创新。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation is a commercial process, the process of translating innovative production into innovative merchandise has to depend on market, and market innovation is an effective approach. Based on an analysis of choosing of enterprise's market innovation domain, this article makes an instructive research on the venture factors of market innovation, furthermore, the article attempts to bring forward several countermeasure to elude the ventures of market innovation, and consider that enterprise should choose some advantaged market innovation domain to innovate within measure. |
