不锈钢海水泵叶轮失效原因分析及解决方法

摘    要:316不锈钢海水泵叶轮,使用10~12月后损坏严重。对叶轮失效原因分析表明:叶片减薄严重的主要原因是高流速海水中的固体颗粒(粉砂)的磨削作用加速的磨损腐蚀。选择对316不锈钢叶轮采用表面高分子涂耐磨涂层的方案可延长叶轮使用寿命,且更为经济、可行。

Abstract:The causes of the damage and failure of the impellers of sea water pumps of 316 stainless steel were analyzed, some methods of extending the service life of the impellers were discussed. It is considered that spraying the surface macromolecular wear - resistant coating is economic and feasible.
