| 摘 要： | 入世不仅给我市农业发展带来机遇,更使我市的农业生产面临严峻挑战。据此,我市农业发展应采取的对策和措施是：首先发展优势、调整结构。粮、棉、油实行定单生产,扩大无公害蔬菜和绿色食品的生产,林果生产突出精品,肉、蛋、奶生产提高质量。其次发展农业产业化经营,提高农产品加工水平和加工深度。增加农产品附加值。同时实施科技兴农战略,快速引进、吸收、利用先进技术。

| Abstract: | The entry of WTO not only gives our municipal agriculture opportunities but also makes the municipal agriculture face the rigorous challenge.On these grounds,the development of our municipal agriculture should adopt the countermeasure with the measures:Firstly,develop the advantage,adjust the construction.The food,cotton,oil practice the orders to form production,and extend the productions of the"green"harmless vegetables and food,pay much attention to the quality goods of wood and fruits,increase the quantities of the meat,eggs,milk.Secondly,develop the industry of the municipal agriculture,improve the quality and depth of the agricultural productions,increase the additional value of the agricultural productions.Meanwhile,use the scientific technologies to develop the agriculture,introduce quickly,absorb,and make use of the advanced technologies. |
