| Abstract: | This paper aims to improve the supervision of enterprise's core competitiveness,combined with actual work.By adopting an analytical synthesis method,the paper points out that the supervision of corporate culture is the driving force to enhance the core competitiveness and innovation.The paper also discusses the role,difficulty,content,feature system of supervising corporate culture and innovation. |
