| 摘 要： | 明清之际,“市商/佳人”小说的出现,是迅速崛起的市商阶层对“才子佳人”话语霸权的挑战及对“风流佳话”领地的争夺。这一在爱情话语中的权力分享,透显出从中晚明以来商人对士/商“区隔”的跨越意向和对等级身份的突破趋势。如果说《卖油郎独占花魁》、《叠居奇程客得助》是这方面的代表作,那么由此再到《聊斋志异》的《黄英》,则呈现出一个由“区隔”的跨越到士/商之融构的发展过程。马生与黄英的“婚姻”,正隐喻着“士魂”与“商才”的互相吸纳与融合。由此而形成的商业伦理和商人精神,对当今市场伦理的建构也不无裨益。
