| 摘 要： | 自哥本哈根会议之后,全球已进入低碳发展时代。丽水具有丰富的生态资源,实现经济的低碳转型具有显著优势。但同时丽水正处于快速城市化阶段,产业结构高碳化特征比较明显,低碳技术发展比较滞后,这些因素都可能制约丽水的低碳经济转型。基于此,必须通过低碳城市构建、产业结构优化等途径来推动丽水的低碳经济转型。

| Abstract: | After Copenhagen Conference, the era of low carbon development started in the world. Lishui is rich ecological resources and has significant advantages in achieving the transformation towards a low carbon economy. However, due to the rapid urbanization in Lishui, the local industrial structure is still characterized by high carbonization and the development of low carbon technologies is hysteretic. These factors may constrain the local economy from transforming into a low carbon one. It is thus proposed that a low carbon city be constructed and the local industrial structure optimized to promote the economic transformation in Lishui. |
