摘    要:以15个不同茶树品种为试验材料,采用氟离子选择电极法测定不同茶树品种不同叶位的氟含量。结果表明,不同茶树品种间氟含量的差异达到显著水平,其中参试品种中水浸出氟含量以霞浦元宵茶最高,全氟含量以丹桂最高;而茶树品种间和叶位间氟浸出率的差异也达到显著水平,其中氟总浸出率最高的品种是龙井43(达到97.2%),丹桂最低(仅为58.9%)。茶树同一轮新梢不同叶位因茶叶老嫩程度而异,即叶龄越老,含氟量越高。

Abstract:The fluorine content in bud-leaf was determined by fluoride ion selective electrode according to the different leaf-position and to the fifteen different tea varieties. The results showed that the fluorine content vary by different tea varieties. In which, the highest fluorine content in tea infusion was C. sinensis cv. Xiapu-yuanxiaocha, and C. sinensis cv. Dangui was the highest in the total fluorine content. The fluorine extracting rate was significant differences due to different leaf-position and different tea varieties. The highest fluorine extracting rate of which was the C. sinensis cv. Longjing 43 (up to 97.2%), and the lowest was Dangui tea (just 58.9%). The fluorine content of the tea shoot sprouted at a same period vary by its maturation, that the older the bud leaf was, the higher the fluorine content in tea.
