| 摘 要： | 提高学生的职业综合素质是高职教书育人最基本的内容,是人才培养的本质要求。本文分析了职业综合素质的内容构成与要素构成,提出了构建高职学生职业综合素质评价体系的建议,以期对高职院校的内涵发展、提升人才培养质量、提高教学水平有所助意。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive occupational quality is the basis for imparting knowledge and educating people and the essential requirement for talents training.The paper parses the composition of the content and the elements of comprehensive professional quality,constitutes quality evaluation system,which is of great significance to the connotative development,the quality of talents cultivation and the improvement of the teaching level in higher vocational colleges. |
