| 摘 要： | 以中小企业融资体系为研究对象,研究当前存在的问题,如银行的所有制歧视、资本市场门槛高且融资途径有限、缺乏相应的企业信用信息平台、融资担保行业发展的混乱、中小企业自身信用意识薄弱等,这些问题阻碍了我国中小企业的发展。同时,通过借鉴发达国家的优势,提出适合我国中小企业发展的融资之道。

| Abstract: | Taking SME financing system as the research object,the paper studies such current problems as,discrimination of the ownership in banks,high threshold of capital markets and limited financing,lack of business credit information platform,the confusion of the development for financing guarantees industry,weak credit awareness of SMEs themselves.All of these problems hinder the development of SMEs in China.In addition,by drawing on the advantage of the developed countries,the approach to financing is put forward suitable for the development of SMEs in China. |
