| 摘 要： | 目前中职学校对班干部工作的培养是一个不能忽视的问题。班干部的培养是指导学生干部工作走上成功的关键、是毕业后在工作岗位提高自身管理能力的前提,也是班主任开展管理工作的重要方面之一。班干部在班级人数所占有的比例大小、班级的管理的成败都与对班干部的培养、管理都有着密切联系;班级的和睦、团结进取,班级学生总体成绩的好坏与班主任自身的管理以及对班干部的培养都是息息相关的。

| Abstract: | At present,cultivating class leaders is an issue that cannot be neglected in vocational schools.The training of class leaders is the key to guiding their work to success,the premise of improving their management capabilities in the work after graduation,one of the important aspects of management work carried out by a class mentor.The proportion of the class leaders in a class and the success or failure of class management is closely linked with the training and management of class leaders.The harmony,solidarity,progress and overall performance of the class is related to the mentor’s own management and the cultivation of the class leaders. |
