高职学生德育综合素质评价体系研究

摘    要:高职学生德育综合素质评价是德育工作的重要环节,是实现德育目标的必要保证。高职学生德育综合素质评价要调动评价主体积极性,突出自评;做到校企互动、知行统一、突出实践;注重日常行为评价、职业道德评价;规范评价操作程序,完善评价途径;科学运用评价过程和结果建立有效激励机制,激发学生进取意识,提升学生德育素质。

Abstract:A moral education comprehensive quality evaluation of vocational students is an important part of the moral education as well as an essential guarantee of achieving the educational goal.The evaluation should mobilize evaluation object’s enthusiasm for highlighting the self-assessment and pay attention to the school-enterprise interaction,the unity of knowledge and practice.Besides,it should focus on daily behavior’s evaluation and the professional ethics’ evaluation.It should also standardize the operating procedures to improve the evaluation approach.Last,it should properly use the evaluation process and results for an effective incentive mechanism to stimulate students’ aggressive awareness and enhance the quality of students’ moral quality.
