| 摘 要： | 高校校外实践教学基地建设和评价是提升我国高等教育(包括网络远程教育)教学质量的重要环节.通过对国内外有关实践教学基地评价的文献进行综合研究,形成较为完备、科学的校外实践基地评价指标.从教学、科研和社会服务三个方面,应用层次分析法(AHP)按照目标、准则、方案等层次进行定性和定量分析,通过六大步骤初步构建了我国高校校外实践教学基地评价体系,并提出完善基地建设和管理、加强师资队伍建设等对策措施.

| Abstract: | The construction and evaluation for off-campus practice and teaching bases of universities is one of the most important parts linked to improving the quality of higher education of our country,including the networked distance education.Through the comprehensive literature study on domestic and abroad relative evaluation on practice and teaching bases,the comparatively complete and scientific evaluation index for off-campus practice and teaching bases of universities has been established.The study has conducted the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the targets,standards,and programs from three aspects of teaching,scientific research and social service and by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Through six stages,it has established the primary evaluation system for the bases and put forward the relevant measures to improve the construction and management of the bases and strengthen the building of the teaching staff. |
