| 摘 要： | 作为高等教育"半壁江山"的高职教育承担着人力资源培养的重任,高职院校必须对自身发展道路、教育体系、培养目标与定位、教学模式、特色品牌及教学质量评价体系等规律性的重大问题有一定的理性认识,并注意把握好高职教育规律和高职技术应用人才培养规律,加快内涵的发展,实现高职院校的培养目标,进而为实现人才强国的目标做贡献。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education dominating "half of China" in higher education undertakes the responsibility of cultivating human resources talents.Higher vocational colleges must have a certain degree of rational understanding of such major issues as,its own development,education system,training objectives and orientation,teaching mode,brand characteristics and teaching quality evaluation system.The colleges should follow the regularity of higher vocational education and cultivating technical talents.In addition,they are supposed to speed up connotation development,achieve the training objectives of the vocational colleges and thus,contribute to achieving the goal of talent strategy of China. |
