| 摘 要： | 通过对目前我国高职院校教育信息化管理问题的分析,从理论层面探讨了高职院校教育信息化管理所涉及的核心问题,并从领导教育信息化管理观念和信息化领导力,信息化人才队伍的建设、使用和行为控制,规范信息化管理的原则等方面,提出了加强高职院校教育信息化管理的主要对策。

| Abstract: | By analysis on the present problems of education informationization management existed in China’s higher vocational colleges,the paper approaches the central issues from the theoretic perspective.Besides,strategies are suggested to strengthen education informationization management from the aspects of team leading concept,the informationization leading power,the construction,use and behavior control of the talent team and the standardization of principles in informationization management. |
