| 摘 要： | 高校扩招后大学生的就业形势越来越严峻,大学生自主创业成为缓解就业压力的有效途径之一。地方高校大学生由于受当地社会发展情况的制约,自主创业之路比较艰难。结合地方院校大学生自主创业的现状,分析影响地方高校大学生自主创业的因素并提出对策。

| Abstract: | After the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities students more and more severe employment situation,college students start their own businesses is one of the effective ways to alleviate the employment pressure.Local college students due to geographical environment and the local social development constraints,own pioneering road hard.This combination of local college students entrepreneurship situation,analyzed the influence of local college students independent venture factors and the corresponding strategy. |
