| 摘 要： | 校企合作是职业院校发展的必然趋势,是经济发展对教育提出的客观要求,也是职业院校生存、发展的内在需要.校企合作中,学校文化和企业文化必然会存在一些碰撞和交融.运用企业文化的有益影响,促进学校发展,成为职业院校在校企合作办学中的一种新取向,同时又是校企合作朝着纵深方向不断推进的新抓手.
