| 摘 要： | 中国女排在08年北京奥运会上,被国人寄予厚望,东道主的优势在舆论界宣传上,无形中被放大了许多倍,笔者研究认为目前中国女排的人员配备方面还处于摸索试验阶段,谈不上具有明显的技战术优势。坚持中国女排传统打法和以往成功的套路,作为主教练显然是不愿意轻易改变的,一方面大胆地锻炼新人、试用新的阵容组合,另一方面积极治疗伤病、恢复老队员的竞技状态,两个方面同等重要。本文就中国女排人员配备的结构,提出一些看法供专家学者共同探讨研究。

| Abstract: | the china woman volleyball team is hoped to reach higher level in 08 Olympic Games by chinese people,so many people think that the advantage of holder situation will act heavily.but the writter think that,now,the team structure is not so perfect,not so obvious advantage in technology and tactics,it needs to get better.the china team coach would not like to change the primary way easily;on the one hand,some new players will be used to be new lineup,on the other hand,the injured players will be treated actively,the old players competitive state will come back.this two aspect are import equally.the writer put forward new idea about the team structure for some expert search. |
