| 摘 要： | 篮球运动的发展对运动员的各项身体素质和意志都有好处,建设球队既要有好的队员,也要得到领导的重视。训练过程中要做到目标明确,重点突出,运动量得当,训练与比赛相结合。另外,教练员的专业技术水平和高度的责任感,对球队的成功建设也是相当重要的。

| Abstract: | The development of basketball is good for the physical qualities and will of players.It is important to choose excellent players in constructing basketball team and the team should be taken seriously by the leaders.In training the coach should have definite purpose and lay stress on key points and the players do exercises properly.And training should be combined with competition.In addition,a coach’s professional technology and high sense of responsibility are very important to the construction of basketball team. |
