| 摘 要： | 学生教育管理工作是开展正常的教学以及完成人才输出的重要保证。本文首先介绍了高职院校学生教育管理工作的现状，继而分析了当前我国高职院校学生教育管理工作所面临的问题，最后针对这些问题提出了具体的解决思路。
