| 摘 要： | 建国后陈云长期主持全国财经工作，形成了丰富的社会主义经济建设思想。主要有：从我国的国情出发进行社会主义建设；国家建设同人民生活改善必须兼顾；先安排当年生产，再安排基本建设；搞好综合平衡，使国民经济按比例发展；必须重视发展农业和粮食生产；必须重视社会主义市场和商品流通；从有利于人民出发进行经济体制改革。陈云的经济思想，对我国社会主义现代化建设和改革开放事业具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | During the course of his financial and economic work, CHEN Yun puts forward a series of important and abundant socialist economic thoughts. These thoughts are the following: carrying on socialist construction according to Chinese national conditions; giving consideration to both the countrys construction and improving peoples living conditions; planning a years production is earlier than planning capital construction; doing well overall balance to make national economy in proportion;paying much attention to develop agriculture and grain production; attaching importance to socialist market production and commodity circulation; conducting economic structure reform according to the principle of being beneficial to people. These thoughts are of momentous current significance for our countrys socialist modernization and reforming &opening up. |
