摘    要:以枸杞多糖为研究对象,比较两种不同提取方法对枸杞多糖的提取效果.采用单因素和正交试验对枸杞多糖提取工艺(热水法和微波法)进行了初步探讨,比较了料液比、浸提温度、提取时间、提取次数等因素对多糖提取率的影响.结果表明:传统热水法提取的最佳条件为提取温度90℃,提取时间3.5 h,料液比1∶10(mL/g),提取次数3次;微波提取的最佳条件为微波功率480 W,微波时间20 min,料液比1∶30(mL/g),提取次数2次.通过两种方法的比较,微波法提取多糖提取率提高近40%,微波法提取枸杞多糖优于热水浸提法.

Abstract:Polysaccharide is extracted from Lycium barbarum and the content is determined.Extracting technologies of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP) of primary study are finished with a single factors and orthogonal test in different experimental groups(hot-water and microwave method),the effects of various factors,such as ration of liquid to solid,temperature,extraction time and the extraction time etc.on the producing rate of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide are compared at given conditions.The optimal conditions with traditional method are: the material fluid ratio is 1∶10(mL/g),extraction temperature 90 ℃,heating time 3.5 h,extraction time third.The optimal conditions with microwave method are: the material fluid ratio is 1∶30(mL/g),microwave power 480 W,microwave time 20min,extraction time twice.Compared with traditional hot-water extraction method,the microwave technique was better and improve extracted rate nearly 40%.
