| 摘 要： | 非营利组织信息披露是解决其社会公信力的重要措施之一,信息披露水平、信息质量和透明度高低,制约着非营利组织治理水平,影响组织社会公信力。本文对我国非营利组织信息披露系统进行了探索性的研究,构建了法律层、指南层、披露层的非营利组织信息披露框架体系,并从三个层面进一步进行了设计。研究结论对我国非营利组织加强内部治理和外部监督,提升信息披露水平和提高社会公信力,推动非营利组织可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Information disclosure is a key measure for non-profit organizations to build up their social credibility.The level of information disclosure,information quality and information transparency level may restrict the governance effect of non-profit organizations and affect their social credibility.This exploratory research builds a 3-tier information disclosure framework including legal layer,guide layer,and disclosure layer for non-profit organizations.The findings have important practical significance in strengthening internal governance and external oversight,improving the level of information disclosure and enhancing social credibility of the non-profit organizations,thus promote their sustainable development. |
