| 摘 要： | 通过对经管类本科应用型人才创新能力培养的研究,构建了"课堂教学为基础,实践环节为支撑,科研训练为依托,竞赛活动为引导,第二课堂为拓展"的创新能力培养模式,突出培养大学生的创新能力和个性特点,为地方社会经济发展培养高素质经济与管理人才。
