| 摘 要： | 比喻的使用体现了语言的美学功能和信息功能的结合。由于每个社会群体都有自己的共识，每一种语言都有其文化特点和习惯表达方式，不同的语言文化习惯使得比喻在其表述和理解上产生了极大的差异。因此译者在翻译过程中要采取各种补偿措施，才能把原文的信息恰当地传达给目的语读者，使比喻的美感因素在翻译中对等再现。

| Abstract: | The use of figurative language presents the combination of aesthetics and information. Each society has its common sense and each language has its cultural features and idiomatic expressions, which cause great differences on expressional ways and understandings of figurative language. Therefore, translators should take various compensational measures so as to convey the original information to foreign readers, reappear the sense of beauty of English figurative language in translation. |
