| 摘 要： | 建设和谐社会的任务落实到高校就是努力构建和谐校园,高校的科研管理对高校科研乃至整个高校的和谐发展具有至关重要的作用,但是目前高校科研管理中存在着诸多不和谐现象,这些现象的存在阻碍着构建和谐校园的步伐,因此改善高校科研管理,成为构建和谐校园的重要组成内容之一.
