基于箱形梁CAD/CAE有限元分析

摘    要:文章利用SolidWorks建立起起重机箱形梁三维几何模型,利用HYPERMESH进行有限元前处理建立三维有限元模型,并根据实际工况施加载荷和约束,再利用有限元计算软件NASTRAN对其进行分析计算,对箱形梁在外载荷作用下的应力及变形进行了有效的模拟和计算,并对其动态特性进行了简单的模态分析,为快速、准确的对起重机性能的评估、故障分析与排除提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:This article uses Solidworks to build three-dimensional geometric model of the box girder of crane,uses the finite elment HYPERMESH preprocessing to build three-dimensional finite element model,reuses finite element method software NASTRAN model to analyze and calculate the box girder loads from the stress and deformation effectively.The simple model analysis on the dynamic characteristics offers a new approach to assess the performance and troubleshooting of the crane quickly and accurately.
