| 摘 要： | 学分制管理是职业教育主动适应社会经济发展和受教育者发展需要，实施素质教育的重要举措。学分制管理实质上是对“选择”的一种限制和规定，其核心是对推进选课制的支持和保障。相对自由的选课制是教学改革的变革，更是教育观念、管理思想、管理制度、管理方式等一系列深层次的改革。

| Abstract: | Credit system, as one of the important measures in quality education, meets automaticly the demands of the social and economic development as well as the educatees. Credit system, in reality, a kind of restriction to the freedom of choice, is the support and safeguard of elective system which is a transform of teaching reform includes a deeper reform such as educational thoughts and thinking, systems and methods of management. |
