| 摘 要： | 比较研究中国省/市专利价值度,对我们准确把握专利价值度的地域差异、进而为区域科技政策的制定和完善,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。专利价值度是专利价值量化的表现形式,是对专利价值的度量,也是企业进行专利转让、投资、许可、组合等专利运营活动的一种依据。利用IncoPat科技创新情报平台检索得到的我国各省市在1985—2018年间所有的发明授权专利数据,并借助该平台的专利价值度计算功能,比较分析了我国不同省/市专利价值度在地域上的分布特征,展示了我国创新水平的区域分布差异性。研究结果表明,发明专利的授权量与地区的经济发展存在相关关系,我国专利发展存在总量大、质量不高的问题。

| Abstract: | It is of great theoretical and practical significance to compare and study the patent value of provinces and cities in China,so as to accurately grasp the regional differences of patent value and then to make and perfect regional science and technology policies.Patent value degree is the manifestation of the quantification of patent value,the measurement of patent value,and also a basis for enterprises to carry out patent transfer,investment license portfolio and other patent operations.The IncoPat technology innovation information platform was used to retrieve the data of all patents authorized by Chinese provinces and cities from 1985 to 2018.With the help of the calculation function of patent value of the platform,the regional distribution characteristics of patent value of different provinces and cities in China were compared and analyzed,and the regional distribution differences of innovation level in China were demonstrated.The results show that there is a correlation between the number of invention patents granted and the regional economic development. |
