| 摘 要： | 基于2000~2013年省际数据,运用静态和动态面板模型分析"一带一路"沿线国家FDI空间布局与我国主要工业污染物分布转移的关系,进一步研究影响沿线FDI布局转移的因素,得出结论:我国主要工业污染物分布转移与沿线国家FDI空间布局正相关;环境规制强度、制造业中污染密集型行业集聚程度、劳动力工资水平等对沿线国家FDI空间布局影响显著;沿线国家FDI在我国的地区布局具有显著自我累积效应.从合理环境规制的制定实施、区域差异化利用外资等方面提出提高外资利用效率的建议.

| Abstract: | The panel model is used to analyze the relationship between the spatial organization of FDI from countries along the Belt and Road and the transformation of major pollutants in our country in this paper.Then,it further explores the factors which may affect the transformation of FDI from these countries.Several conclusions can be drawn.Firstly, there is positive correlation between the transformation of FDI and the distribution of pollutants.Secondly, the intensity of environmental regulation, agglomeration effect of pollution intensive industries and the level of wage have a significant impact on the spatial organization of FDI.Thirdly, the spatial organization of FDI can be self-cumulative.At last, several proposals are put forward to enhance the utilization efficiency of FDI. |
