| 摘 要： | 利用Malmquist－Luenberger指数测算全要素水资源利用效率，并研究技术进步所引起的水资源回弹效应。结果表明：（1）中国各省水资源利用效率存在较大的差异，但从总体上来说水资源利用效率呈增长的趋势；（2）中国水资源利用存在回弹效应，并且存在省份上的差异。最后，提出针对性政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper measures water use efficiency with Malmquist-Luenberger index , and then analyzes the water resource rebound effect which is caused by technological progress .Results show that , there is a big difference of water use efficiency among Chinese provinces , but overall , water use efficiency is a growing trend .There is water resources rebound effect , and there are differences on the provinces .At last,it raises up the corresponding suggestions . |
