企业内部沟通实践对内部创业的影响研究

摘    要:通过内部创业理论和新官僚制理论,以174家企业为研究样本,实证分析各种类型的日常沟通实践对内部创业的潜在影响.研究结果表明:企业内开放的沟通实践对内部创业具有正向影响;不同类型的内部沟通对内部创业具有不同的影响作用;广泛且频繁的垂直沟通和平行沟通对内部创业具有显著的积极影响作用;开放且直接的斜向沟通形式对创新活动具有显著的积极影响作用.

Abstract:Drawing upon CE theory and neo-bureaucratic theory, a research model is proposed to investigate all the directions of routine corporate communication and their potential influence on CE, and 174 firms are taken as samples to justify the hypothesis proposed while following the deducted conceptual model.The results show that the greater number of open routine communication practices is positively related to CE;Different types of internal communication have the various levels of influence on CE;Extensive volume and frequency of routine vertical communication and parallel communication has significantly positive effects on CE;Open and direct form of cross-hierarchical communication has a significantly positive influence on innovation.
