参照依赖视角下反馈信息框架对大学生节能意愿的影响

摘    要:基于参照依赖和信息反馈理论,探讨了反馈信息框架对大学生节电意愿的影响,并探究了反馈媒介和反馈频率对反馈信息框架影响大学生节电意愿的调节机制.通过实验发现:①反馈信息框架对于大学生节能意愿的主效应显著,且他人参照框架比自我参照框架更能促进大学生节能意愿;②反馈媒介对参照依赖的反馈信息框架影响大学生节能意愿有显著的调节作用,当反馈媒介为手机短信时,他人参照的反馈信息框架更能促进大学生节能意愿;③反馈频率、反馈媒介和信息反馈框架对大学生节能意愿影响有三重交互效应.在信息反馈频率为每周一次时,不论反馈媒介为哪种类型,信息反馈框架的主效应均显著.

Abstract:Based on reference dependence theory and information feedback theory, the paper explores the influence of feedback information framing on college students` energy saving intention, and discusses the moderating mechanism of feedback media and feedback frequency on the influence of feedback information framing on college students` energy saving intention.Across experiments, the study finds that: ①the main effect of feedback information framing on college students` energy conservation intention is significant, and other-reference feedback information framing can enhance more students` intention to save energy than information framework of self-reference;②The feedback media has a significant moderating effects on reference dependence feedback framing affecting college students` energy saving intention, and other-reference information feedback framework can facilitate the students` energy saving intention when the feedback media is mobile phone text messages;③The effect of feedback frequency, feedback media and feedback information framing on college students` energy conservation intention has three interactive effects.The main effect of information feedback framing on college students` energy saving intention is significant no matter what kind of feedback media just at weekly feedback.
