| 摘 要： | 基于我国1981~2015年的经济数据,通过构建扩展的生产函数模型和技术溢出模型,对我国R&D支出、FDI、OFDI的产出效应和技术进步效应进行了实证分析.结果表明,R&D支出的产出效应和技术进步效应均有所减弱,其技术进步效应甚至转为负向;2003年之后,FDI渠道的国际R&D溢出对我国产出和技术进步并没有单独的正向效应,而OFDI渠道的国际R&D溢出对我国产出和技术进步始终有显著的正向效应;FDI和OFDI正向的产出效应和技术溢出效应的显现需要国内R&D的承接吸收.

| Abstract: | Based on Chinese economic data from 1981 to 2015,the relationship among domestic R&D expenditure,FDI,OFDI,output effect and technological advancement effect is empirically analyzed by establishing an extended production function model and an extended technology spillovers regression model.The research results show as follows:domestic R&D capital's effects on total output and technology advancement have been weakened,the technological advancement effect even have been turned negative;from the single effects of FDI and OFDI,international R&D spillovers through FDI has significantly negative effect on Chinese after 2003,but OFDI could generate significant reverse technology spillovers effect and positive output effect during the whole period;FDI and OFDI had significantly positive contribution on total output and technology advancement with domestic R&D's absorptive capacities. |
