| 摘 要： | 运用社会网络分析法,以使用相同功能为基础构建信息系统用户的"个人功能网络",通过结构洞指标反映用户网络的凝聚力和控制力.利用某大型修造船企业的524名信息系统用户及他们共同使用的852项功能数据进行了实证研究,结果表明结构洞对用户信息系统使用具有U型影响,即"个人功能网络"中用户具有高凝聚力与强控制力均会正向影响其信息系统使用,分析还发现网络规模会正向调节结构洞对信息系统使用的影响.

| Abstract: | This paper used social network analysis method to build information system users' "ego function network", which based on the relationship of using same functions, and used structural hole index to reflect cohesive and control effect.It did an empirical study by using a large ship shipbuilding enterprises data which included 524 information systems users and the same 852 functions.Results showed that structural hole had an U-shape influence on information systems usage, it meant that in "ego function network", users who had high cohesion and strong control ability of network both had a positive impact on information system usage.It also analyzed that network size positively moderated the structural hole's influence on information usage. |
