Abstract:On the political stage of the late Qing,royal families and some aristocratic personages were active in politics,and they had profound observation in the international trend and real understanding about China’s situation.They were forerunners of series of new government prep constitution political reform movement,and the main force of advocacy of political reform in the late Qing.But with the reform development,the royal families of the late Qing began to disintegrate,they stood on the opposite side of the reform without hesitation because the reform touched the deep part of the structure and influenced their own interest.They became counter-revolutionary political force from advocacy of political reform.
