| 摘 要： | 列宁关于党内民主的理论,是无产阶级政党党内民主建设的重要理论依据。列宁带领无产阶级政党(布尔什维克)在艰难的革命与建设实践中,形成了内涵丰富的党内民主理论,以"民主的集中制"最为显著,同时涉及到党内的民主选举、民主决策、民主管理和民主监督等多方面的内容。列宁的党内民主理论,对于无产阶级政党的建设与发展,依然具有重要的理论意义和现实的价值启示。

| Abstract: | Focus on the party’s self-construction,in particular,to promote inner-Party democracy is the eternal theme of maintaining the advanced nature of the proletarian party.Lenin’s theory of inner-party democracy is an important theoretical basis for the building of democracy within the party of the proletarian party.Lenin led the proletarian party(Bolshevik) in difficult revolution and construction practice,the formation of the rich connotation of inner-party democracy theory,the most significant of "democratic centralism",which also related to many inner-party democratic elections,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision.Lenin’s theory of inner-party democracy still has important theoretical significance and practical value of revelation for the construction and development of the proletarian party. |
