| 摘 要： | 先秦诸子在"诸侯异政"、"贵贱无序"的社会背景下,提出了各自的正名理论,虽然其出发点和服务对象有所不同,但诸子的正名理论都主张通过德治和法治方法的互补性来实现社会的稳定有序。先秦诸子的正名理论对于当今中国构建和谐社会有以下几点启发和借鉴意义:一是协调社会成员之间的关系,二是加强党风廉政建设,保持执政党的先进性,三是坚持"以德治国"和"依法治国"相结合的治国方略。

| Abstract: | The Theories on Rectification of Names from the philosophers in Pre-Qin Period,although which were produced in the turbulent social and political background,is mainly at the ruling class’s service for interests need of the representative class.But they all pursue the social stability and order by means of rule of virtue and law.Their theories are still quite significant to the harmonious development of our contemporary society. |
