农村特岗教师发展现状的调查研究

摘    要:2006年以来,特岗教师作为一种新兴的教师群体走进了农村中小学。为了探寻特岗教师的发展现状,随机抽取全国13个省份的i08名特岗教师为有效被试进行了调查,发现特岗教师整体上工作状况良好,薪酬及生活条件一般,专业素养水平适中,职业认同感不强;同时,特岗教师群体内部在发展现状上存在差异,非师范毕业特岗教师及男性特岗教师处于劣势。

Abstract:The special-post teachers have got into rural compulsory education schools since 2006.In order to find out the current situation of the development of special-post teacher in rural areas,we conducted a questionnaire survey among 108 special-post teachers in 13 provinces.It is concluded that their working conditions are good;their pay and living conditions are at moderate level;their professional level is moderate;their professional identity is not strong.Meanwhile,there exist the internal differences,with teachers without teacher education background and male teachers at disadvantage.
