| 摘 要： | 高校科研管理工作是高校科研可持续发展的前提和必要条件,旧的科研管理理念和机制已不能适应高校科技工作的发展。高校需要更新管理理念,创新管理机制,建立一支高素质的科研管理队伍,全面提升科研管理水平,以适应新形式下科技工作的需要。

| Abstract: | The management of university' s scientific research is the prerequisite and requirement of the sustainable development. The old management idea and mechanism can' t already adapt to the development of university' s research. The university needs to upgrade the idea, to innovate management mechanism, to establish a high-quality scientific research management team, to promote the management level in an all-round way, in order to meet the need of the scientific research under the new situation. |
