| Abstract: | Putonghua is teachers' professional language. The state language committee has made it a rule that the graduates from normal school must reach the first or second grade Putonghua level. The students in the dialect zone have poor linguistic sense, have strong local accent and are slow in learning Putonghua. They need education badly and can expect to reach the state standard by working hard. |
