| 摘 要： | 企业的系统创新作为一个动态化的过程。关键是企业家群体的经营哲学、价值取向和企业家精神的创新。中小民营企业家的企业家精神从内涵上可看作是具足了和谐的生理与心理素质。具足了内正与外学的涵养德识素质。具足了对于实现企业的目标与社会整体目标的辨证统一。中小民营企业家精神的塑造可以从两个方面人手：一是中小民营企业家在实施企业家系统创新的同时不断地提高个性修养和整体素质；二是整个社会在建立现代企业制度的进程中。形成体现企业家精神的价值体系。

| Abstract: | System innovation of enterprises as a dynamical process, the key is management philosophy and value adopted of enterprisers group, and the innovation of enterpriser's spirit. Enterpriser's spirit of middle or small enterprise is considered from the connotation to be enough in harmonious physiological and psychological qualities, in interior honesty and exterior learning with self restraint, in carrying out enterprise target and social target as a whole with dialectical unity. The creating of enterpriser's spirit of private enterprisers includes two aspects:the one is to raise personality accomplishments and whole quality continuously in carrying out system innovation of private enterprises; the another is to form value system reflected enterpriser's spirit in the progress of establishing modern enterprise system by whole society. |
