| 摘 要： | 随着国家开放大学的成立,电大进入了一个新的历史发展时期.推进信息技术与教育教学的深度融合,创建友好的数字化学习环境,是开放大学重要任务之一.通过十几年的探索,电大教学、管理、科研和服务的信息化建设水平不断提高,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但也面临着巨大挑战,这里既有政策的问题,也有电大系统自身需解决的问题.如何突破这些发展中的“瓶颈”,实现新的跨越式发展,需要全国电大系统深入研究,不断创新,明确思路,研究对策.

| Abstract: | With the establishment of national Open University, radio and television universities have entered into a new historical development period. It has become one of the important tasks for the Open University to promote the in-depth infusion of information technology and teaching, and create a friendly digital learning environment. Through more than ten years of exploration, the informationization level of teaching, management, research and service increases unceasingly, and has made remarkable achievements, but it also faces huge challenges, some being the problems of policies, some being those of the radio and television university itself. The question of how to break through the ＂bottleneck＂ in the development, and achieve the leap development of the new system requires the in-depth study, continuous innovation, clear thinking and countermeasures of all radio and TV universities. |
